During the basic course you may make the choice to become a member. If you dicide to become a member you are requested to fullfil an application form. The completed form can be handed over to your trainer or to the secretary.

In the basic course you will learn the principles of the shootng sports. In consultation with the trainer you may make a choice betweeen rifle or pistol.

The next step is that you will be sent a 'request for membership' form. The completed form together with a recent passport photo and a formal 'statement about yout behaviour' , available through the community where you live, can be handed over to the secretary. At the same time you need to pay the entrance fee.
New members who are already a member of the KNSA need to supply a copy of their weapon and ammunition licence if they own one.

At reception of the application form an evaluation will take place by the board in consultation with the trainer.

The request for membership will be pulished in the club room on the communication board. During 4 weeks the request for membership will be published. At the end of this period the board will decide about your membership.
At positive decission a year of candidate membership will follow. During that year the candidate member follows de remainder of lessons of the basic course. These lessons prepare the candidate member as an independant sport marksman.
This part of the course is separated into rifle and pistol. Both discilines of course is also possible.
